1. General Introduction and Acceptance

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from f111 is ৳1,000. The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals typically take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. Large withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

4.3 Identity Verification

For withdrawals above a certain limit, f111 may request a copy of your National ID card or passport. Deposited funds will always be returned to the registered payment method used.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonus offers on f111 are provided under specific terms. New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

General bonus terms and conditions:

• Bonus funds and real funds are held in separate balances; winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• The f111 Slots Festival bonus is active in the slots section only; using it in other games may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• The f111 Weekend Cricket bonus applies to the cricket and sports sections only.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time; multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, f111 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed unless a technical error on the f111 platform makes it necessary. Bet settlement follows market rules and f111's decision is final.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during a game, f111 determines the outcome based on data stored on the server. Where there is a discrepancy between displayed information and server data, the server data takes precedence.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions may result in immediate account suspension:

• Misusing bonuses or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Betting using another person's account.
• Suspected attempts to manipulate the outcome of a game.
• Fraudulent behaviour towards f111 staff.

7. VIP Program and Cashback

The f111 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback paid at a set rate on the total net loss for the week.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. Cashback is also subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn directly.

VIP tier upgrades depend on consistent play and activity. f111 reserves the right to review and adjust VIP status as needed.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
